Springton Manor Farm Engagement Photos

I love meeting new wedding clients! The only thing I love more is getting to know them and getting some fun photos during an engagement session. Well and of course I love photographing their wedding! But it all usually starts with a friendly cup of coffee. I met Nicole and Mike this past spring at a cute coffee shop in Pottstown called Proximity Cafe (I’ve recently learned that they closed, how sad!) We chatted all about their upcoming wedding in fall of 2017 in Boyertown, PA – a small town in Berks County. It was quite early to have exact details planned with a year and a half still to go but LOTS of time for that! So I just got a feel for the type of wedding they wanted and the vibe they were going for. Hearing they wanted a rustic wedding theme (Perfect that we live in Pennsylvania) I suggested a Springton Manor Farm Engagement Session.
Springton Manor is a large and adorable county park located in Glenmoore, PA (Chester County) that is also a demonstration farm, an educational center and an event venue. When they don’t have events going on, anyone is welcome to visit and wander around the beautiful landscape. If you’re luck you will even see some of the animals lounging around or eating. We were able to see some goats and sheep on Nicole and Mike’s engagement shoot in early July. We were even photo-bombed by a few and one baby goat tried to nibble on Mike’s shorts while I had them posed next to the fence! That made for some big smiles and genuine laughs!
Here are some of my favorite photos from our shoot at Springton Manor Farm! I look forward to capturing Nicole and Mike’s special wedding day next year. Enjoy!

How cute! I love these PA engagement photos! Having all the nature and animals is a wonderful addition to the engagement session. And I love the ring shots! You really used the beauty of Springton Manor Farm and I am happy you shared your talent : )
OH my gosh, I LOVE this space! The baby goats and sheep are so adorable, and it’s too lovely to watch Nicole and Mike laugh and giggle through this beautiful engagement session. I love the portrait where the couple is frame by those pretty orange flowers, and you did such a great job with mixing up the poses and shots!
Springton Manor Farm is such a cute spot for a rustic engagement shoot! I love your relaxed, fun poses. This couple should be thrilled with their Pennsylvania engagement photos. I can’t wait to see their wedding!
